AFTECH Adds FAA Eastern Region Federal Credit Union to Client Roster
Malvern, Pa., March 25, 2005 - AFTECH, a unit of Fiserv Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV), announced that FAA Eastern Region Federal Credit Union in Clark, N.J., picked AFTECH's Advantage core processing system and a wide range of other AFTECH technology applications.
With $180 million in assets and more than 23,000 members, FAA Eastern Region is New Jersey's 13th largest credit union. With its membership spread along the East Coast, the credit union was seeking an intuitive system to ease staff training needs and one that focused on remote delivery to better reach its membership.
AFTECH's product met all of the credit union's needs, especially in the area of training ease, flexibility, end-user friendly and reporting/tracking, according to FAA Eastern Region's management. The credit union team involved in selecting the core processor was impressed with AFTECH, its responsiveness, professionalism and candor regarding what the credit union could expect from the data processing provider.
In addition to AFTECH's Advantage core processing, FAA Eastern Region will be adding aftech@net; Advantage Financial Suite; self-service kiosks; new member enrollment over the Internet; Net Credit Report; RD3; and a wide range of other products and services.
FAA Eastern Region Federal Credit Union is one of a roster of new clients, the presence of which helps strengthen the company, said AFTECH President Joe Antellocy.
"We are not only delighted to add these clients, but we are delighted with the support we received from our existing clients in working with FAA Eastern Region," Antellocy said. "A number of our Clients went the extra mile to help us with site visits and demonstrations, and we appreciate it very much." Fiserv, Inc.
