Using the share draft posting program to generate a file of NSF items, the system will forward the notice to an email server for delivering to the member. Standard notices are provided; the credit union can also develop its own notices, with custom graphics and logos. Undelivered items are captured by the credit union via the email server; hard copy notices can then be issued.
Advantage e-mail expands beyond just notice delivery. Marketing and other materials may be e-mailed to the member if desired.
