Member Relationship Management

  • AFTECH's Member Relationship Management and Marketing Contact provide Clients with the ability to define products to market to members and to track the effectiveness of those opportunities.

    The software includes the ability to flag member contact, automatically control product acceptance options, and delay further contact as requested by the member.

    Product mailings are enhanced with the marketing contact option, which provides the ability to generate mailing notices. These fit in a #10 envelope and list product information requested during the contact.

    Contact information is captured by the system and may be sorted and displayed any way desired, using the system's report writer tools.

  • Cross Sell options can display upon access to the member account, upon posting of financial transactions, or upon demand.

  • Includes ability to navigate to the product open screens upon acceptance of a product by the member.

  • Tracks literature requests, denial/deferral of services, and acceptances and sales.
